Yorkshire Dales shop Let on a new lease.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Co have let the former Boxer & Hound shop at High Street, Settle to an independent trader on the basis of a new lease. The property was let within days of marketing commencing, with strong interest in the shop demonstrating a good appetite for retail space in tourist locations, despite the coronavirus pandemic. Peill & Co, the PAI member for the region, has also been instructed in the management of the property going forward.
