Office/Workshop investment acquired for client
Peill & Co, the PAI member for Cumbria, the Lake District, Lancashire and southwest Scotland has acquired a mixed office/workshop investment in Brampton, Carlisle, Cumbria on behalf of Yelverton Properties. The investment comprises a total of 14 units having been converted from a former Brewery into workshops, offices and studio accommodation with tenants including Royal Mail Group plc and Brampton Rural Housing Association. The sale of the property was handled by P K Three in Manchester on behalf of Mileway and strong interest in the investment lead to best offers being set.
Yelverton have instructed Peill & Co Property Management department in the ongoing management of the property, and the Building Surveying department in respect of refurbishment proposals and potential future redevelopment opportunities.
