New artisan quality butcher opens in Kendal

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Co have let a unit in the centre of Kendal at 40 Woolpack Yard to ‘Roast Mutton’ a new independent high-quality artisan butcher owned by Robert Unwin. The new business is established on the basis of the owner’s passion for locally sourced high-quality produce with a ‘farm to fork’ philosophy. The business will be specialising in local produce such as Herdwick lamb and mutton, rare breeds and locally sourced free-range poultry.
