Kendal office units let on behalf of private pension firm

Acting on behalf of a private pension firm, Peill & Company,  the PAI members for Cumbria and the Lake District, have recently agreed a surrender of existing lease and re-grant, together with a new lease for two suites of offices at Meadowbank Business Park, adjacent to the A6 in Kendal.  The new tenants, Berrison Ltd are a training a development company who have relocated from offices elsewhere in Kendal, and have created office space, storage and a studio at the new premises.  You can find out more about Berrison here.
