Greggs relocate to larger premises

2-4 Portland Walk in Barrow-in-Furness has been let to Greggs, with the retailer relocating from 2 smaller shops on Dalton Rd in the town. Peill & Company advised the Landlord on various aspects of the transaction, including dilapidations advice relating to the previous lease, leasing advice and feasibility studies for the scheme.
