George Fisher outdoor expand their Keswick store

Peill & Company have let 31 Lake Road, Keswick to George Fisher Ltd, who occupy the adjoining property, for expansion of their store. 31 Lake Road previously belonged to George Fisher but has been in private ownership for a considerable number of years. Simon Adams, managing director of Peill & Company commented “We were pleased to be able to accommodate George Fisher’s expansion into the former Italian restaurant at 31 Lake Road on behalf of our private investor client. The availability of additional retail space immediately adjacent to the main George Fisher store has now been fitted out and consolidates George Fisher in this location at the end of Lake Road”.
