New branch of Hays Travel opens in Portland Walk

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Peill & Company, the CPN member for Cumbria, Lancashire and southern Scotland, has let the former Pandora unit in Portland Walk, Barrow-in-Furness to Hays Travel. Savills in Manchester acted on behalf of the incoming tenant. The unit, which extends to approximately 800 sq ft represents a return to the town for Hays Travel after the closure of the former Thomas Cook unit on Dalton Road. Prior to the re-letting, Peill & Company’s Building Surveying department advised the landlord in relation to end of lease matters and dilapidations for the previous tenant.
